Niagara Beeway sources its authentic queen bees from a pristine UNESCO designated area the Carpathian mountains in Ukraine. These bees have superior genetics that can withstand our severe Canadian weather conditions. They emerge early for spring foraging to feed their brood, produce above average volumes of honey and are mild tempered. Our Ukrainian bee breeders are certified and approved by CFIA.
